Accessible Parking

Accessible parking can be found on every level of the Arena garage. Please note, this garage is NOT owned or operated by the Arena. To contact the garage call 410-837-2060.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seats can be purchased by calling 410-347-2020 ext.1222 or by e-mailing us at [email protected] If you reach a voicemail, please leave a detailed message and someone will get back to you in a timely manner. 

Accessible seating is located on the left-side facing the stage in sections 103 and 115, and on the right-side in sections 104 and 116.

AED

All EMT staff are equipped with AED machines.

Alcohol Policy

Per the State of Maryland laws, no individual UNDER the age of 21 will be allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind. Please have a valid I.D. available for proof of age.

Animals

Service animals are the only animals permitted.

Announcements

Events will not make special Announcements for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available at Guest Services. Patrons will have to leave their license in exchange for the listening device.

Audio Recording

Video and Audio recording is never permitted.

ATM

There are 2 ATM machines located on the main concourse of the building and 1 on the lower concourse outside of the Executive Office. In addition, there is an ATM machine located outside on Baltimore Street. Guests can use that ATM prior to entering the building.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Arena in both the Women’s and Men’s restrooms.

Backstage Passes

The Arena does not have access to backstage passes for any event.

Bag / Purse Policy

To further ensure the safety of our guests, backpacks will not be permitted inside the Arena. For all concerts, bags and purses larger than 13 5/8" x 15 1/4" will not be permitted in the Arena. For family events, such as Disney on Ice, diaper bags are permitted. ALL bags will be searched upon entry to the Arena. We thank you for your patience and understanding. The safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority.

Baltimore Blast

The Arena is home to the MISL Champions, Baltimore Blast. Their season typically runs from November –March. To contact them, please visit www.BaltimoreBlast.com.

Birthday Parties

Host a birthday party in one of our suites! Each suite comfortably holds 12 people and can be fully catered by Arena concessionaire, Crown Foods. For more information, email us.

Royal Farms Arena is Baltimore’s premier multi-use sports and entertainment facility and is a great place to host a wide variety of events. Our flexible and dynamic space has the ability to accommodate major concerts, family shows, sporting events, college commencements, conferences, corporate events, and political functions. Capacities and seating configurations can be customized for your event. Our staff has more than 50 years of experience and will be your partner throughout the planning process to ensure a successful and memorable event. Box Office

The Box Office and Will Call windows are located on the Hopkins Pl. side of the building. To pick up tickets at Will Call, photo ID is required. 

The Royal Farms Arena Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours on Saturdays and holidays will vary, please call in advance to determine if the Box Office will be open. The Box Office is open two hours before and closes one hour after each event begins.
Please note, the Royal Farms Arena Box Office only sells tickets for Royal Farms Arena events. For tickets for events at other venues, please go directly to Ticketmaster or the venue where the event will be held.

The Box Office accepts cash and credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Camera / Video Policy

Each show determines its own camera policy. Normally, small, personal cameras are allowed. Professional cameras such as cameras with detachable lenses, professional standard or wide lens are NOT permitted. We ask that patrons call ahead for specific rules for each event. Video and Audio recording is never permitted. Go Pros, Selfie Sticks, iPads, etc. are NOT permitted.

Cancellation and Postponed Events

Tickets for cancelled shows should be returned to the original point of purchase for a refund. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com or by phone with Ticketmaster will automatically be refunded.

Charitable Donations

Yes, the Royal Farms Arena believes in supporting our community. To request tickets for a charitable donation, please send a formal request on letterhead to the Royal Farms Arena Marketing/Public Relations Department. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to donate to each charity.

Children / Age

For ALL concerts, patrons of all ages need a ticket.
Please call us at 410-347-2020 regarding the rules for family shows.

Clothing

For safety reasons we ask that patrons do not wear belts with spikes. In addition, some shows do not allow chains in the form of accessories. Accessories or clothing that may pose a threat; i.e. belts with spikes, spiked necklaces, etc. or clothing that has been specifically banned by a show may be confiscated. Please call the Arena in advance should you have any questions. Each show is different so please don’t hesitate to call. Shoes, shirts, and pants must be worn at all times.

Crown Foods has various operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region; including major Arenas, Amphitheaters, and major league ballparks. Serving millions of fans at each location, Crown Foods takes pride in knowing that our operations continues to play a part in enhancing the fan experience of any game or event. Coupons / Voucher Tickets

Coupons and vouchers must be redeemed at the Arena Box Office. For information on what your coupon or voucher entails, please read the coupon or voucher carefully.

The Royal Farms Arena Box Office and its concessions stands accept all Major Cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Bars, and portables (where you see a credit card terminal) also accept VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover cards. EBT cards are NOT accepted as valid forms of payment.

Door Opening Times

The lobby normally opens two hours prior to each event, but for some events it will open at the same time as doors, which open one our prior. Patrons enter our doors to locate their seats approximately one hour prior to each event. However, this may vary per event.

Dress Code

Feld Entertainment Inc. has drafted a new dress code applicable to all shows across the company.  This new dress code was created in an effort to provide a layer of safety for all of our customers, ensure the integrity of our respective company brands and our licensed characters, align the company’s requirements with those that are currently used at The Walt Disney Parks around the world and ensure a pleasant, family-friendly environment.

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted.  In that spirit, we ask customers to use their discretion and common sense.

Attire that is not appropriate for any Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey/Disney On Ice/Disney Live!/Marvel Universe LIVE!/ Monster Jam/Monster Energy Supercross/AMSOIL Arenacross show —and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection from the show—includes but is not limited to:

Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older.

Ejection / Guest Removal

The Arena reserves the right to eject any patron that poses a threat to themselves or other guests. This includes, but is not limited to; intoxication, disorderly conduct, drug use, sexual harassment, etc. You will not be allowed reentry into the building.

Elevators

There is one elevator located on each side of the building for guests’ convenience. Guests may use the elevators to go between floors 2-4 only. For guests enjoying our Skybox, please take the elevator on the East side of the building to the 5th floor.

Executive Offices

The Executive offices of the Arena are located on the 1st floor of the Arena at the North end of the Bowl. The Executive offices are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and during events. Patrons are allowed in the Executive office during events by appointment or emergency only. We ask that all patrons please ask one of Arena staff for assistance before entering the Executive Office.

Family Restrooms

There are no Family Restrooms in the Arena.

First Aid

EMT staff is always present in the Arena during events. Should a mishap occur, please contact one of our Arena staff members. We will contact an EMT staffer immediately. The First Aid office is located on the East Side of the building near the garage entrance to the building.

Food & Drink

For health code and safety reasons, the Arena does not allow outside food and beverages, including water. If you have a health concerns or allergies, please call the Arena in advance. You can reach someone at 410-347-2020 10am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

For certain events, at the event’s request, the Arena will remove all bottle tops from soda and water. 

Crown Foods does NOT use peanut oil in any of its menu items. We use trans-fat free Canola oil in all of its fried food items

Peanut M&Ms in a sealed bag are the only peanut products sold at Royal Farms Arena.
Food selections available that do NOT contain wheat, oats, rye or barley are Hamburger Patties, Sausages, French Fries, Candy, and Popcorn

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer kosher options. Permission is granted on a case by case basis to bring in limited food items. Should you have medical food restrictions of any kind, we ask that you contact the Arena to advise us of these restrictions so we may be prepared that your specialty items must be brought in. These items are restricted to limited amounts.

If you have allergy restrictions we encourage you to ask to inquire about the ingredients prior to your purchase.

General Admission Events

Due to the possible injuries that could occur from moshing/crowd surfing, we ask that you REFRAIN FROM SUCH ACTIVITES.

GA ticket holder entrance is on Baltimore Street at the glass doors.

Guest Services

The guest services booth is located on the Baltimore Street side behind Section 227. We encourage our patrons to visit Guest Services immediately to take care of any concerns.

Group Tickets

Not all events have group tickets available. The official company for Group Ticket Sales at the Arena is SIMPLY TIXS. If group tickets are available you will see an icon on the event where you can click to inquire about group tickets. To inquire about group tickets please call 410.347.2006 and ask for Sam Oidick. Or, you may visit our group sales page.

The Arena is about 3 blocks away, and you can easily get there by walking. There are tons of shops and restaurants at the Harbor.

Side view means that you will be on the side of the stage and you will not have a front facing view. Sometimes side view and limited view seating will have obstructions and tour production may be blocking a partial view. (Production can include speakers, cables, etc.) The Arena does not dictate to any tour the cost of tickets, where production may go, etc. If you do not want side view or limited view seating, do not proceed with the purchase and try for different seats.

Lost and Found

If you think you may have accidentally left something at the Arena, please call us immediately and ask to speak to someone in Lost and Found.

Lost Child / Lost Adult

If a guest you came with cannot be found, please go to one of our Arena Staff members immediately. They will assist you with finding your guest. You may also visit Guest Services located on the second floor concourse by Section 227.

Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Tickets

If your tickets have been destroyed, stolen or lost please go to your original point of purchase immediately. We will be able to replace your tickets. The lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will no longer be valid once we have reprinted your tickets or given you a lost seating pass. If you purchased your tickets with cash, they cannot be replaced.

Merchandise

Merchandise stands are located on the 1st and 2nd floor concourses for most shows. For family events, you may find portables on additional floors. Merchandise is managed by the tour. Should you have any issues with the merchandise you have purchased please email.

Mobile Tickets

For many events, Ticketmaster offers mobile ticketing. If you chose the eTickets delivery option when you buy your tickets, your ticket will be delivered to your smartphone. When you get to the Arena, the ticket takers can scan the barcode on your phone and you will be admitted inside.

Military Discounts

Each event is different. Some offer discounts, while others do not. Please call us to see if an event you are interested in offers a military discount.

New Amsterdam Bar

This bar is located on the main concourse next to Guest Services. It offers a selection of New Amsterdam liquor, a relaxed environment with tables and stools, and a large TV!

Parking

The garage attached to the Arena is a city owned parking facility. The Arena does not have any control over parking costs, parking availability, length of time in the garage, etc. To contact the garage directly with any questions or concerns, please call them directly at 410-837-2060.

Audio & Video
Each show sets forth their individual guidelines and policies which the Arena must adhere to. As a rule, small personal cameras (no large detachable lenses) are allowed. Go-pros, iPads, and Selfie Sticks are NOT allowed. Please call ahead to confirm each show’s audio, video, and camera policy.

Re-Entry

Once you have left the building during an event you may not re-enter. Signs reflecting this policy are located on all exit doors.

Refunds

Tickets for cancelled shows should be returned to the original point of purchase for a refund. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com or by phone will automatically be refunded.
You may not receive a refund if you are ejected from the building due to disorderly conduct of any kind (see early ejection).

You may not receive a refund if you attended the show (in part or in its entirety).
The Arena is unable to refund any tickets purchased from any vendor or secondary ticket broker other than the Arena Box Office or Ticketmaster. No exceptions.

Seat Organization

Floor seats are A-Z then AA-HH. Lower level seats are AA-BB then A-M. In any section of the Arena, if you are sitting in your seat, seat # 1 is always on the right and depending on the section the other end seat would be #11, 14, or 17.

Security Policy

For your protection and protection of others, all patrons are subject to search as a condition of admission to the Arena. Refusal to submit to such search may prevent your admission inside. To make the process of the searches fast and smooth, please have all items removed from your pockets, open all jackets and purses, and have your tickets out and ready to be scanned. We appreciate your cooperation.

Side View/ Limited or Obstructed View Seating

Sign & Banner Policy

While each show sets forth its own policies, as a rule large banners and signs are NOT allowed in the Arena for events as they interfere with the enjoyment of other patrons.

Skyboxes

There is one skybox located on the 5th floor of the East Side of the building. To inquire about renting the Skybox for an event, please contact the Suites department.

SMG

SMG is a Philadelphia based private management company that runs the Royal Farms Arena. SMG is the world leader in management of public facilities such as arenas, stadiums, theaters, and convention centers. Visit www.smgworld.com for more information.

Smoking

Per Maryland state law, smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the Arena. The Arena has a designated smoking area outside of door E-7. Patrons caught smoking inside the building are subject to early ejection.

Stairwells

There are emergency stairwells located next to the elevators in both the East and West sides of the Arena. Other ramps and stairs to get to your seats are located throughout the facility.

Strollers

We do allow strollers in the building. Please see an usher for the exact location where you may leave your stroller. There is no guest check in for strollers. Stroller loss and/or damage is extremely rare at the Arena. Each guest is responsible for remembering the location of your stroller.

Third Party Tickets (Scalpers)

Third Party Ticket sellers are NOT associated with the Arena Box Office. If you choose to purchase tickets through a third party, you do NOT have any recourse through the Royal Farms Arena or Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased from other sources may be more expensive, invalid and ineligible for assistance. Royal Farms Arena is NOT responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.

To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchases through authorized outlets only (Ticketmaster). Royal Farms Arena will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet and is unable to provide you with information or assistance with any ticketing issues.

TicketFast

Only the first scan of the barcode on the ticket will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned, and the second ticket will not be allowed to go to the seats. This issue most often arises when patron’s purchase tickets from third party ticket brokers. The Arena always advises patrons to only purchase their tickets from the Royal Farms Arena box office or from Ticketmaster.

Ticket Office

The Box Office is normally open 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday. If there is no event in the building during weekends and holidays the Box Office is not open. For events during the week, the Box Office is open 10am to approximately 30 minutes after the event starts. For events occurring on the weekends, the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to the start of the event.

You may not purchase tickets over the phone via the Arena Box Office, only through Ticketmaster.

Water fountains

Water fountains can be found on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor concourses.

Weapons

Weapons are not permitted on the Arena premises. Weapons found at bag check will be confiscated. Any patron caught with a weapon during an event is subject to early ejection. *Confiscated items will NOT be returned.

Will Call

All tickets purchased and left at Will Call are available for pickup two hours prior to the start of the event. You must present a valid photo I.D. in order to pick up tickets. All Will Call tickets must be in the name of the ticket purchaser or recipient. If you have tickets at Will Call and you send someone else to claim them, we ask that you call the Box Office in advance to change the name. This is for our guests’ protection. Without proper identification, you may not claim your tickets. When picking up tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (on-line and by phone) you MUST bring a photo I.D. and the original credit card used for the purchase.
