We offer both concession items, that fans have come to know and love, as well as crowd pleasing specialty items. Crown Foods also provides catering for various VIP events which are tailored specifically for each function. Our event chef and our restaurant, Italia’s Corner Café, can deliver a variety of menus from pizza and subs to a full course gourmet meal for on-site catering.

Crown Foods also provides exclusive catering for Royal Farms Arena Suites and Skybox. Whatever your concession or catering needs may be, Crown Foods Incorporated can meet and exceed your expectations.

FAQs

Do you use peanut oil?

Answer: No we use trans-fat free Canola oil in all of our fryers.

Do you sell peanuts or nuts?

Answer: Peanut M&M’s are sold in a sealed bag.

Do you have foods without wheat, oats, rye or barley?

Hamburger Patty, Sausages, French Fries, Candy, Popcorn

What type of credit cards do you take at concession and bar locations?

AMEX, Discover, VISA and MasterCard are accepted at any location that you see a Micros register terminal. 

Do you offer Kosher Foods?

Unfortunately with the limitation of ovens here at the Arena we do not offer a kosher option. Permission is granted on a case by case basis to bring in limited food items.

If I have a highly allergic reaction to a food or ingredient, can I read the labels on boxes prior to purchase?

Absolutely. Please ask any stand location for the boxes or bags to read prior to any purchases.

Suite and Skybox Catering

SMALLWARES AND SUPPLIES

Suites are supplied with all necessary cutlery, plates, dinner napkins, cups, corkscrew and salt and pepper shakers prior to your arrival.

Security

Please be sure to remove all personal property when you leave the suites. Crown Foods, Incorporated is NOT responsible for any lost or misplaced property left unattended in the suite. Once the event is over, we encourage you to check the suite thoroughly for any personal items.

Payment Procedure and Service Charge

The individual who rented the suite must provide a valid credit card when placing the food and beverage orders. Your credit card will be charged with the payment due on the day of the event.

Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a 20% service charge plus all applicable sales tax. The service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips and gratuity, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion. 
Because Crown Foods is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Royal Farms Arena, guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization.

Special Events

We here at the Arena and Crown Foods can find an ideal spot for catering your next upscale or casual event. Perfect for company meetings, cocktail receptions, trade shows, wedding receptions or holiday parties. Our room spaces can accommodate events anywhere from 25 to 1000 people. For more information and date availability, please contact the Royal Farms Arena at 410-347-2020 and ask for the Crown Foods office.

Hours of Operation

Location Guests Relations Representatives are available from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday to assist you in your food and beverage selections.

How to Reach Us

Food and Beverage Ordering and Information

To ensure the highest level of service, all food and beverage selections (including special liquor request) must be placed by 2:00 p.m. EST, two business days prior to your event.

Orders can be placed by calling Crown Foods Catering Services at 410-843-9540 during normal business hours.

If for any reason an event is cancelled and the Arena does not open, you will not be charged for your food and beverage order. If the doors open, you will be charged for any food and beverage orders. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders cancelled by 4:00 p.m. EST the business day prior to the event will not be charged.

Additional beverages may be purchased during the event/game through your Suite Attendant or Suite Staff.

To maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Maryland, we ask that you adhere to the following:

  1. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of the Royal Farms Arena. 
  2. It is the responsibility of the suite host or their monitor to control the alcohol consumption within the suite.
  3. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
  4. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person.
  5. Suite guests are not permitted to take cans, bottles or glasses outside of the suite area. Drinks taken into the hallway must be in a disposable cup. *Please note, no alcoholic beverages may leave the suite level.
  6. During the events, alcohol consumption may be restricted.

Food and Beverage Delivery

All of your snack and beverage selections will be delivered and set up in the suite prior to your arrival. Some items may be delivered closer to event time to ensure the highest quality.

Specialized Menu Items

At Crown Foods we will do our best to fulfill special menu requests, including vegan and vegetarian meals. We require at least three business days’ notice for this service.

We are also available to meet requests for any specialty items such as, balloons, floral arrangements and/or special occasion cakes. We can take care of all of this for you! When placing your order, just ask us about all of your specific needs for your event.
