Brick Bodies First Step Program

First Step is a 30-Day wellness program led by an Exercise Physiologist and a team of certified personal trainers/fitness specialists who provide exceptional care, motivation and support. It is available at all six Brick Bodies locations. You will meet two times per week with a personal trainer/fitness specialist who will help launch your exercise program and provide ongoing guidance throughout the 30 days. In addition, you will enjoy unlimited access to all six clubs, including group exercise and aquatics!

The First Step Program is great for:

  • Beginners or those returning to exercise
  • Anyone seeking accountability and supervision
  • People who have specific health concerns such as diabetes, heart disease and weight management
